Two bedrooms (one double, one twin) can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bathtub in the spacious bathroom has shower attachment. The space, including the big lounge has been designed by a young designer in a stylish Orientalist style. Guests can also relax on the sunny patio.
The Old City is a must visit for secular and religious visitors alike. Visit the markets and historic sights of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. The Knesset (parliament) is 15 minutes’ walk away, as is the fascinating Israel Museum. Aza street is a lively street just a minutes’ walk away and is serviced by numerous bus lines. There are also a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Check in on Saturday will be approximately 1 hour after the Shabbath (around 1h45 after sunset).
Saturday(Shabbath) is the Jewish day of rest, begins at sundown on Friday and ends with the first star on Saturday eve (approximately 1 hour after sunset).
Israeli citizens are subject to pay tax: 18%
As a non-Israeli tourist, you may benefit from the VAT exemption on accommodation expenses. But we have to produce to tax authorities the proof that you came in Israel as a tourist. So please take pictures of your passport and of the "blue-ticket" entrance you'll receive at Ben Gurion airport, and send them to our mail when you arrive.

Thanks our host !! we enjoyed our staying in Jerusalim .Fist , excellent location just five min. on foot from Jaffa gate of the Old City. Second this place is very cosy and has everything for having a good time.
The location of this flat can't be beat! Super central. Meters from trendy Emek Refaim, with loads of shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the city centre, Old City, lovely renovated train station and the wonderful walking path along the old train tracks. But for the hiccup in our stay (see below) this would be a sold five-star rating. As to the flat itself, the patio is divine and the overall space clean, comfortable and airy, and completely kitted out. It could, however, benefit from some real management and maintenance, e.g. missing light bulbs, dirty dishes. Not a big impediment. Also, the landlord, Paul is absentee but he is responsive via email and a good guy. His manager on the ground, Myriam is lovely. However, had to fight with his/her bozo management team for compensation for three days of no hot water. Not a huge deal in summer, but cold showers in Jerusalem in winter, not so fun. After much hassling, ended up being booked into the boutique hotel next door for the eve of our departure. Had to fight way too hard for that small gesture, but at least we had hot showers and breakfast before we departed.
